1. Balance Refunds

Unused balance can be refunded anytime:

$ ssh shellbox.dev refund <amount>

Processed to original payment method in 5-10 business days.

2. Conditions

• Refund up to current balance only
• Usage charges are non-refundable
• Minimum refund: $1.00

3. How It Works

• Check balance: ssh shellbox.dev billing
• Request refund: ssh shellbox.dev refund 10
• Balance deducted immediately
• Payment reversed in 5-10 business days

4. Termination

If terminated for ToS violations:

• Severe violations: balance forfeited
• Minor violations: case-by-case partial refunds

5. Service Issues

• Extended outages (4+ hours): may receive credits
• Data loss: not compensated (we don't guarantee data)
• Billing errors: contact us for correction

6. Disputes

Contact us before filing payment disputes. We resolve valid issues within 48 hours. Chargebacks without contact may result in suspension.
